Terms of Service
These terms cover an internal software tool run by Trufast Tree Service LLC of Springfield, Missouri. In these terms, Trufast, we and our mean Trufast Tree Service LLC.
WHAT THIS IS
The tool is a private program that Trufast built for its own use. It reads Trufast own accounting records so that we can produce our own reports. It is not a product or a service, and it is not offered to the public.
WHO MAY USE IT
Only Trufast owners and staff whom we have approved may use the tool. Nobody else is allowed to use it, copy it or connect to it.
AS IS
The tool is provided as is, with no promises about how it works or how long it will run. We may change it, pause it or shut it down at any time.
WHAT WE DO WITH DATA
The tool connects to our own QuickBooks account through Intuit. Data from Intuit is used only to produce Trufast own reports. Data from Intuit is shared only with Trufast staff, our accountants and advisors, and our internal finance tools, and is never sold or given to anyone else. We keep it only as long as we need it for our own reports.
DISCONNECTING
Access can be disconnected at any time. To connect or disconnect access, contact us at the address below.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
