SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Trufast Tree Service, LLC (“Trufast Tree Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By texting us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program description. Trufast Tree Service’s text messaging is conversational and customer-initiated. We send text messages only in response to customers who contact us first, to assist with service inquiries, estimates, scheduling, job updates, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. Consent. By texting our business number, (417) 413-4729, you consent to receive text messages from Trufast Tree Service relating to your inquiry, estimate, or service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies wholly on your interaction with us, as we will not be initiating text outreach.

4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Trufast Tree Service does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

5. Opting out. You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You will then no longer receive text messages from us unless you contact us again or re-subscribe.

7. Privacy. We respect your privacy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS-related data with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control.

9. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and your continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
